Earlier today, President Bush signed into law a historic bill banning the partial-birth abortion procedure in America.
Julien, for years the battle to ban this barbaric procedure seemed hopeless. But now because of the tireless efforts of pro-life advocates, like you, a compassionate Congress, and a pro-life President who kept his word, we have won a major victory on behalf of the unborn!
