Tithe and donations in the Old Testament, for the Church that teaches and obeys
the laws as Jesus commanded according to the Old and the New Testaments. JESUS SAID: DO
NOT EVEN CHANGE ONE JOT OF THE LAW. What law do you think existed then? Matthew 5:17 to 18,
Deuteronomy 14:22 to 26 - 26:12. Nehemiah 10:37.
DO YOU CLAIM YOUR DONATIONS AND YOUR TITHE IN YOUR INCOME TO REDUCE YOUR
TAXES? JESUS SAID:
TAKE HEED THAT YOU DO NOT YOUR ALMS BEFORE MEN TO BE SEEN OF
THEM: OTHERWISE YOU HAVE NO REWARD OF YOUR FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN. THEREFORE WHEN YOU
DO YOUR ALMS, DO NOT SOUND A TRUMPET BEFORE YOU, AS THE HYPOCRITES DO IN THE SYNAGOGUES
AND IN THE STREETS, THAT THEY MAY HAVE GLORY OF MEN. VERILY I SAY UNTO YOU, THEY HAVE
THEIR REWARD. BUT WHEN YOU DO ALMS, LET NOT YOUR LEFT HAND KNOW WHAT YOUR RIGHT HAND DOES.
THAT YOUR ALMS MAY BE IN SECRET, AND YOUR FATHER WHICH SEE IN SECRET HIMSELF SHALL REWARD
YOU OPENLY. Matthew
6: 1 to 4.
Dear beloved:
When you claim your donations and tithe in your income tax declarations to reduce your
taxes, you father in heaven do not accept it, as Jesus said, you are showing the people
about your donations (alms), and you expecting some money back. What kind of alms did you
give, did you do it to get it back, or you donated? Also some churches ask the members to
give their names in all donations, and in the tithe, this is not biblical. Please do not
ask for receipts, and do not claim any, for God shall reward you openly.
